It has been 52 years since Americans first fell in love with Samba and Bossa Nova, and the love affair continues. Brazil Project marries authentic and compelling Brazilian rhythms with contemporary jazz in a memorable way. This performance features virtuoso seven-string bassist and composer Leonardo Lucini from Rio de Janeiro and Canadian saxophonist Jeff Antoniuk, known for his mastery of West African rhythms that fuel the music of both continents.
